Beech Syde
Beech Syde is a detached bungalow situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with off-road parking.
The accommodation and garden, being all on one level, are ideal for those with limited mobility.
Entrance Hall
Access to the bungalow is via the entrance hall to the side of the property.
The hall cupboard provides hanging space for coats and contains cleaning equipment, an iron and an ironing board.
The bungalow has central heating and free Wi-Fi.
Lounge/Diner
The lounge has two sofa's, a television with DVD player, DAB radio and a SONOS bluetooth speaker.
Guests are welcome to use the wood burning stove. A small bag of logs is provided.
From the lounge a stable door leads into a lobby area which gives access to the back garden. The lobby provides a useful storage area and has a shoe rack for walking boots.
The dining area has bifold doors with lovely views of the garden. The extendable dining table seats up to 4 people.
A selection of DVD's, books, jigsaws and games are provided. Information is available about things to see and do in Wells and the surrounding area.
Kitchen
The kitchen is very well equipped and has views of the garden.
The electric cooker has a fan oven and the fridge has a small freezer compartment. There is also a microwave oven and a dishwasher.
Double Bedroom
The bedrooms face the front garden which is enclosed by a beech hedge giving privacy. Both rooms have blackout blinds in addition to curtains.
The double bedroom has a dressing table, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
A hairdryer and hair straighteners are provided.
Twin Bedroom
The twin bedroom has 3’ beds, a fitted cupboard with hanging space, a dressing table and a chest of drawers.
Linen is included and beds are made up according to your needs. Additional pillows are available if required.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a digitally operated walk-in shower and underfloor heating.
There is a heated towel rail and an electric shaver point. Towels are included.
Inside the bathroom cupboard there is a washer dryer for guest use.
Garden
The garden has a lawn surrounded by borders of plants and shrubs. A table and chairs with sun umbrella provide the perfect spot for outdoor dining on the large patio.
The garden is south facing and sheltered. It is ideal for young children and dogs as it is fully enclosed. There is also an outside tap and hose pipe for washing dogs after muddy walks.
Various items for the beach are stored in the boiler room and are available for guests to use. These include chairs, a windbreak, sun umbrella and crabbing equipment.
